At last something new!

We keep running our social media accounts with stuff coming out somewhere at least once a day, so that you’ll know we’re still alive. We also keep uploading new lyric videos of the released songs on YouTube once a month but we might just skip March as there’s a new remix on the way. Yes. it’s true! At last we’ve found inspiration and time to create new material.

Accidently tripped over the cord to my favorite headphones while running around in the southern studio ecstatic about the new song being created and they broke. New ones have been ordered and will arrive soon. The new song is a bit floating and thoughtful about death and just waiting for it to happen. We have lost some people dear to us over the past year or so and this is some kind of processing perhaps. It’s a joint venture with an artist usually working with installations, video art and that kind of art and we’re hoping to record her voeals to the demo we have made in short, as a female voice hopefully will give the song even a bit more fragility.

We have not been able to get together and share the same physical environment since last summer and won’t get together until June this year. Things are still happening though and one Yo will get back to California and Losa Angeles for a couple of weeks soon. We were not able to do this together this time around, but it will still be awesome and we hope it might bring attention to the music we create and inspiration for new material. We know, we’ve written that there won’t be any more business cards placed around the world any longer, but who knows? Maybe there will be a few new ones out in anyway. There might also be some live performances, pictures and video shoots during this visit and whatever feels nice to publish will get out online of course.

Having introduced some songs from our two latest albums to young people we came to the conclusion that they don’t care for the sound we make. So, in an attempt to please the younger we sat down and made a kids version of “The neighbour Song“. We decided not to call it a kids version as they themselves probably think they have exquisite and mature taste and would be offended by the title then. Hence we call it a shuffle remix and perhaps they might give it a try and even like it. This track should be available in digital stores on March 22 if everything works out as planned.
